Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update. If you need help tracking, contact us at support@edouar.com .
For the United Kingdom, delivery typically takes: 4–7 business days after your order is processed. Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they have shipped. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
You can request a return by contacting our support team. Items must be: unused in original condition in original packaging Return instructions will be provided by email after approval.
Please contact us within 48 hours with: your order number photos of the damage photos of the packaging We will arrange a replacement or solution.
